During this short meeting, the Audit Committee took action on three items:

  • The election of Jennifer “J.” Singleton as Vice Chair of the Audit Committee.
  • Adoption of the Audit Charter.
  • Receiving and filing an overview of the Office of City Auditor. This presentation detailed the office’s current audit investigations, as well as four open investigations on fraud, waste and abuse. In addition to this, there were 31 open audit issues with many of them expected to be finished soon.
