Think we got something wrong? Send any enquiries on the meeting or these tweets to @cledocumenters or email us at cledocumenters@gmail.com

Here’s the whole agenda, mostly contract approvals and rejections of bids. Will be interesting to find out why on the rejections. https://t.co/qSN8XLgX3n

One of the items on the agenda has a change. 👇 https://t.co/Ozh4XSyuEx

Speakers are bit hard to hear just because the sound’s muffled, but I can make out most of it. This lady is reading the Finance Department’s remaining items. https://t.co/pL7zNsMRnf

All items were approved as one group, and there were no questions, so I’m going to assume some form of prior discussion was had about these Finance Departments items somewhere down the line.

Public Utilities is now explaining their items, both rejection of bids. The first item, Plumbing Services, only one bid was received & failed to meet CSB [Cleveland Small Business] subcontracting goals (20%).

Three bids were received for a Large Valve Renewal Program but all 3 failed the criteria set by the city’s Water Department. Both rejections were approved.

Capital Projects Director James DeRosa reads their item to approve a new contractor for E. 105th St. improvements, saying the original contractor had gone out of business. This was also approved. https://t.co/ZFlkUqvslE
