Regular City Council Meeting

The City Council of National City is the city’s primary legislative body. It is responsible for adopting the city budget, approving mayoral appointees, levying taxes, and making or amending city laws, policies, and ordinances

Regular City Council Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. Special Closed Session Meeting and Workshops may be same day, the start time is based on needs. Check Special Agendas for times.

El Concejo Municipal de National City es el principal órgano legislativo de la ciudad. Es responsable de adoptar el presupuesto de la ciudad, aprobar los nombramientos de alcaldes, recaudar impuestos y elaborar o modificar leyes, políticas y ordenanzas de la ciudad.

Las Reuniones Ordinarias del Concejo Municipal se llevan a cabo el primer y tercer martes del mes a las 6:00 p.m. Las reuniones y talleres especiales de sesión cerrada pueden realizarse el mismo día, la hora de inicio se varía. Consultar Agendas Especiales para horarios.
